The IF Art Show is a competition where authors submit IF art pieces rather than games. To clarify, large plots and difficult puzzles are strongly discouraged. Instead, entries should focus on just one thing, place, character, or activity, and encourage the player's exploration and interactivity of whatever's being displayed.

The creator and organizer of the IF Art Show is Marnie Parker. Entries may be entered into one of the following subdivisions: Still Life, Landscape, Portrait, or Event. A pre-selected panel of judges is used to judge the entries. Prizes are sometimes awarded.
