Why this page exists, and how to change which stuff appears on the IFWiki front page

In short, I was trying to come up with a format that would do double-duty, so it could be used both as a record of past competition news (serving a similar function to the Current Events page), and as a source for current competition news on the front page, and be easier to maintain than the Current Events page was.
To adjust which section appears on the front page, just move the "<onlyinclude>" and "</onlyinclude>" tags so that they enclose the stuff that should be shown as "current news."
My thinking is that it'd make the most sense to include the dates for submission deadlines, voting deadlines, and results. I've left in the organizers that were already listed in the CompNews template, but removed "nomain" because it no longer seems to work in this format. I don't know if people want to keep including organizers or not. If so, we may want to limit mentions to the first time a competition is mentioned, rather than three times (submission deadline, voting deadline, results).
