When adding new Authoring Systems, and new games to the list within each authoring system, it would be helpful to pay more attention to maintaining alphabetical order. And also to check on the style established by previous entries -- the heading is "BBC Micro", for which a target page exists, while by convention there's no link on "MS-DOS". -- Roger 10:58, 11 July 2006 (EST)

Good point, I'll fix that. --Mara 15:37, 11 July 2006 (EST)

Also, we have lots of current entries under "MS-DOS" and "MS-Windows"; why do we suddenly need "IBM PC" as well? -- Roger 10:58, 11 July 2006 (EST)

Forbidden Quest was booted into memory, not run under an OS. Its earliest release was targeted at the IBM PC, though it was brought to other platforms in subsequent years. Feel free to remove the link to "IBM PC" heading, though.--Mara 15:37, 11 July 2006 (EST)

The Hobbit

The Hobbit (Spectrum) is in both Games Released in 1982 and Games Released in 1983. Which year is correct? --Eriorg 09:08, 31 July 2006 (EST)

Well, I've started a page for The Hobbit where we can start to gather information about it. From the Apple II documentation alone (I bought a copy way back when), I gather the correct date is 1982. However, I note that the spellings of both the principle authors don't match up, and I suggest additional research should be done. But for the year, go with 1982 for now. Followups to Talk:The Hobbit, please. -- David Welbourn 20:58, 31 July 2006 (EST)
