I just added The Reluctant Resurectee to the page, but I'm not sure that it quite fits. I wouldn't call an eyeball "humanoid," but does it quite count as an animal? --DJ 16:42, 13 May 2008 (PDT)

I would say that an eyeball is not an animal. VictorGijsbers 22:58, 13 May 2008 (PDT)
I don't think an eyeball is an animal either, but perhaps there should be some other list for those games with highly unusual PCs that aren't people, animals, or robots. I'm not sure what title to give such a list, though. And perhaps since a title isn't obvious to think of, maybe we should have a subsection at the bottom of the Games with Animal Protagonists page for any non-animal PCs that ought to be mentioned somehow. -- David Welbourn 07:50, 14 May 2008 (PDT)
Perhaps we could split the list into subsections for animals and "imaginary creatures?" The eyeball could fit then, and there are several other creatures (like the caputman and several dragons) that would fit in the imaginary creature list as well. It might be difficult to sort some things out, though, like the teddy bear. --DJ 14:48, 14 May 2008 (PDT)
I just noticed that the page introduction includes "fantastic non-humanoid creatures" as well as normal animals. So it's a moot point (for now) whether the eyeball and planet can be classified as animals. --DJ 09:50, 21 May 2008 (PDT)
