How It Begins

You are a witch, carrying nothing, on a blasted heath near Forres, Scotland. You see a scale of dragon here. Just to the north, you'll find a list of spell ingredrients for a charm you promised Hecate that you'd make for her tonight. You'd better make that charm.

Notable Features

• Based heavily on the beginning of Act IV, Scene I from Shakespeare's Macbeth.
• The "Adventurer's Lounge" location is based on the main meeting room on ifMud.

• The name of Roger's previous game, Zymurgy, accidently appears in title bar of the HTML TADS interpreter.
