I bit the bullet and consolidated this old comp entry by someone else into a single gargantuan file, served up online, without anyone needing to run a Windows installer.  I thought that might be worth noting here on its entry, but when I tried to include its location, I got hit with an angry error message: "The page you wanted to save was blocked by the spam filter. This is probably caused by a link to a blacklisted external site."  The new host is at blogspot.com , but it ("Turn to Page 4") is wholly legit within its somewhat sketchy mandate.
