Even Newer New Year's Speed IF

From IFWiki

The seventieth Speed-IF, Even Newer New Year's Speed IF, was organized by Marius Müller a.k.a. "Taleslinger", and is his fourth New Year's themed Speed-IF. Games were written from December 14, 2010 to January 4, 2011. Two games were released (via Floyd) on January 8, 2011 so they could be played as part of a ClubFloyd session. One game (Baby Uncle New Year) was late and played on January 29, 2011.

Premise

Another exciting year for the world of IF draws to a close. So maybe you're thinking "This is another year where I didn't get around to write anything" - but lo! here's your chance. The New Year's Speed IF enters another round. (If you're asking yourself "New Year's what now? Check out some of the cool games we had in the last years: http://www.ifwiki.org/index.php/New_Year's_Speed / http://www.ifwiki.org/index.php/New_New_Year's_Speed_IF / http://www.ifwiki.org/index.php/Newer_New_Year's_Speed_IF) If you have an idea for a short, quick game, be it serious, funny, cruel, polite, puzzle- or angst-heavy, code it till midnight December 26st. There are nor real restrictions, not theme or madlibs, just keep in mind that these games will be played on Clubfloyd (Thanks, Jacq! Date to be announced.) so go easy on fancy screen effects, sound, multimedia and all the other fancy stuff you whippersnappers use these days. (Floyd supports all the usual IF file formats.)

Mail entries and/or questions to marius.ts.mueller@googlemail.com and most importantly: Have fun!

If you really need a classic Speed-IF setup, write a game that has 3 gay dolphins, a rainbow that eats fish and a intimiate jewellry.

Deadline extended: Write it up till the 4th of January. Games will be played on Sat 8th. (Thanks Jacq!)

Abbreviated Premise

Write game, have fun.
