Title card image or in-game image?

What's exactly a "title card image"? Should this image go in the Cover art or in the In-game images category?

Well, I still don't know, so these images may be in the wrong categories... --Eriorg 15:54, 5 May 2009 (PDT)

This image is what I would call a title card image: an in-game screenshot that showcases the game's title (and may include the author's name and a few other items of interest), and I would put it in the Cover art/M category. Our definition of "cover art" is a bit loose and includes box cover art (which was actually printed on the front of the box that the game was packaged in), title card images (which are screenshots that showcase the game's title in an artistic way), and. um, let's call it virtual cover art (which are the graphics that were created to play the role of cover art, such as when presenting them on websites like IFDB, Play This Thing!, etc.).

So the Hulk pic is a title card image as well, but the Spiderman and Zracer images are not -- at least as far as deciding Category:Cover art versus Category:In-game images. The game pages themselves may use an in-game image that isn't "cover art" in their infobox if it's the only or best image we've got for that game.-- David Welbourn 17:47, 5 May 2009 (PDT)
