Sash created in 2017 to accompany the Miss Congeniality award. The sash shows a picture of a lantern and says "Miss Congeniality."

The Miss Congeniality awards for a given IF Comp are decided by votes from the authors of that year's entries. This award was first made in 1996, the second year of the competition. (Until 2021, authors could not participate in judging in the main event.)

In 2017, Arthur DiBianca had a sash made to accompany the award. A photo of the sash on a dressmaker's mannequin appears in this post at intfiction.org.
