Multiple solutions

From IFWiki

A puzzle with multiple solutions is one that allows more than one approach. For example, to reach a high object, it might implement all of the following commands:

>JUMP.

>STAND ON CHAIR THEN GET BANANA

>THROW ROCK AT BANANA. TAKE BANANA

Multiple solutions tend to require more effort on the part of the author of a game, but can be very satisfying to players.
