How It Begins

You are awakened by the mass detection alarm aboard black hole prospecting ship "Starcross".

Notable Features

Trivia and Comments

  • Unusual packaging. Starcross was originally released in white plastic "flying saucers" with pasteboard backing that could be popped out to open them. The round shape of the saucers may have been unpopular with some distributors and store outlets, but also guaranteed its place as a collector's item. [citation wanted]
  • Because of the existence of grues on the spaceship, Starcross may be in the same universe as Zork. Or it might be just a company in-joke. You decide.
