- Well, you'll have to use a substitute name for C #M's page, perhaps "C SharpM" or "C PoundM" or just "C M". (I'll let you decide which you like best. Personally, in this case, I'd go with "C M".) See the Wikipedia page for C#. Add a line at the top of his/her page explaining the page name, e.g.:
This person's actual psuedonym is C #M. The article name can't contain the # sign because of technical restrictions.
