Ifwizz

From IFWiki

ifwizz is a interactive fiction database project, created by Ingo Scharmann and Martin Barth in October 2009, and written in the German language. The project intends to establish an archive and documentation of German interactive fiction from the beginnings on Amstrad, Atari, Commodore and other platforms but contains all interactive fiction, not just German IF, similar to IFWiki or IFDB. Of particular interest, it is easy to browse a selection of graphics associated with many of the games, such as cover art, screenshots, PDFs, and other feelies when available. It is planned to establish a contributor team and multi-language support. Ifwizz is publisher of the German IF journal The Parser.

TODO: I'm just learning about this site now, and it looks like an important one. Unfortunately, I don't know German, so my understanding is a bit hampered. More info, such as who runs it or who can contribute to it, a summary of what's offered or planned, would be good. -- David Welbourn 16:31, 6 January 2010 (UTC)
