Phillip Ramsay

Phillip L. Ramsay, aka Phill Ramsay, was a British text adventure author, playtester, and games reviewer.
His early work, such as The Eunuchs' Ball and The Sphere of Q'li were produced for the Amstrad CPC and distributed through Dragonsoft. Later games were published by The Adventure Workshop. There were ports of many of the games to the ZX Spectrum.
