sub-Q was an interactive magazine that aimed to promote interactive fiction by introducing it to readers and writers, and by paying professional rates for IF. Twice a month the magazine published a work of interactive fiction. Typically once a week, sub-Q released content such as interviews and tutorials. Additional content was available via subscription. sub-Q was launched in August 2015, and went on indefinite hiatus in August 2020 [1]. Its editor-in-chief is Tory Hoke.
