Pretend to be a doctor and help a couple with their martial problems.
How it begins
The game asks you for your name; a surname might work best here.
The game tells you that this is a fantasy and safe sex has been suspended for the duration of the game.
You are some guy standing empty-handed in Dr Schmacher's waiting room; it has an aquarium. Inside is the office where you'll find Rachel Sweet, the doctor's assistant-cum-receptionist, sitting on a chair at her desk. She has a key, and the filing cabinet here is locked. You should talk to Rachel.
