How it begins

You are an improved model*, carrying nothing, at the docks of Myrmidal where your ship, Horizon of Night, awaits. Myrmidal is the queen of the bright worlds where all is delight, but even its many charms can weary one. So this morning you will forsake the dancing, the music, your friends. You will raise the monomolecular sails, weigh anchor, and leave Myrmidal for other unknown worlds. Perhaps you'll have a story to tell when you return.

* It is unclear whether the PC is human or even has a gender.
