List of cultural references

From IFWiki

You are standing in an open field west of a white house, with an open door. There is a small mailbox here.

This article is a grab bag of miscellany, a list of things inspired by interactive fiction or just mention IF, but aren't IF themselves. This can cover a very wide range of things: board games, card games, pictures and artwork, fake transcripts, mentions in TV programs or newspapers, etc.

IF in webcomics get their own page: Webcomics with IF content.

Card games

  • An episode of Robot Chicken mentioned Zork briefly. (I think it involved the Swedish Chef walking about, pointing out words that rhymed with "bork".)

Fake text-only transcripts of non-existent IF games. Enjoy.
