Rick Hanson, also known as Assassin, was the first adventure in the Saga of a Spy trilogy. It was popular amongst users of the BBC Micro due to the large amount of description and quirky humour present.
How it begins
As the game begins our protagonist, Rick Hanson, has been tasked to find, and assassinate, General Garantz. In this task, alone, without a real briefing and carrying naught but the coat that he is wearing. Rick finds himself in the entrance way of a small, deserted railway station.
Before he can continue, Rick must find a way of escaping from a strange figure shadowing him.
