This was a juried event; the panel of judges was Eric Eve, Jon Ingold, Mike Roberts, Jacqueline Lott, Adam J. Thornton, and Victor Gijsbers. The rules were the same as in 2003 and 2004. The organizer, as in previous years, was Marnie Parker.
