The seventeenth Speed-IF was on October 31, 2000, and organized by Gunther Schmidl.
Premise
In the long(?) tradition(?) of Halloween speedIFs, write a Halloween-based speedIF game. As usual, you have two hours; it must be finished by 10/31, of course. The colors black and orange must feature (even if indirectly).
